Why is the courier not assembling my product?Updated 2 months ago

This can be due to the type of service you have chosen:

  1. If you have not chosen Room of Choice + Install, then your order will only be for delivery. 
  2. If you have purchased assembly separately, then your order will be installed by a separate company from the courier service chosen. 
  3. If you have chosen Door to Door (Standard) + Install, then the services will be conducted by 2 different company.
